I have struggled with my creative juices lately because I am constantly doing design work. While studying design at Southeast Tech, I am working as a graphic designer at Sioux Steel, which can burn my creative juices. I am beyond happy I have these opportunities, but it can sometimes be overwhelming. When it gets stressful or I feel burnt out, I get out of my chair to move and walk around to get me going. It helps me calm down, and then I drink some water immediately. It almost feels like a reset button. If you start feeling burnt/stressed out, it means you need to take a breather, do not push yourself too much. Here is your reason to take that breather when you need it.
