Structure is created from space being divided and this will also allow different components in a design to feel unified. Even a simple paragraph has a structural relationship. By separating components within a design allows a designer to see a visual because of the components holding differing masses. Separation allows components to have their own sense of hierarchy in a design. For instance, a series of thoughts should be grouped together to provide clarity. If it was a diverse thought, we would want to separate to show the importance of it. Then, once space id divided in a design, there will be a consideration with alignment. The aligning of components is essential because it creates directional movement through the components in the design.
The alignment seen within the individual letters “c” and “a” define a heavy mass that surrounds the outer edge of the letters. The heavy mass and alignment is created to perceive the text to be red more easy.
